End User License Agreement (EULA) for Life AppThis End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”) and Charles Oxendine and/or our affiliates (“The Developers”) for the use of the Life App mobile application (“App”) on iOS devices.By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant
The Developers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App to any third party.Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The Developers retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.Any open-source software included in the App is licensed under its respective license terms, which are available upon request.

4. Data and Privacy
The App may store data locally on your device or securely on our servers. Some technical infrastructure may be provided by third-party services, including but not limited to Google Cloud Services (“Firebase”).The Developers do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Apple Disclaimer
Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple may, at any time and without notice, restrict, interrupt, or prevent your use of the App or require The Developers to take such action.You are not entitled to any refund or compensation from Apple or The Developers as a result of such actions.

6. UpdatesThe Developers may release updates or upgrades to improve the App. These updates may be installed automatically or require manual installation. Continuing to use the App after updates are provided constitutes acceptance of those updates.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developers may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your device.8. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.The Developers do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, The Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
