GameTap is a native iOS sports bar finder that helps you discover bars, restaurants, and breweries near you that are streaming the channels and platforms you care about. Search by ESPN, Peacock, Prime Video, Apple TV, and more, then explore an interactive map to see exactly what each venue offers before you leave the house.
Powered by the community. GameTap is built on crowdsourced data, meaning the information gets better the more people use it. Sports fans can contribute what they know about local venues, helping build a growing, living database of where to watch. If you know your favorite spot carries NFL Sunday Ticket or just added Peacock, you can help other fans find it too. The more the community shares, the more accurate and useful GameTap becomes for everyone.
Built for venue owners too. Bar and restaurant owners can claim their location directly in the app, verify their business, and manage the channels and streaming services listed for their venue. This keeps information accurate and gives owners a free way to let sports fans know exactly what they offer. Whether a venue just picked up a new streaming package for the season or dropped a channel, owners stay in control of how their business appears on the map.
A scalable backend for a growing network. Unlike our other apps that rely on on device storage and iCloud, GameTap is backed by a Google Cloud infrastructure designed to support a rapidly expanding database of venue and streaming information. As more fans contribute and more venues claim their listings, the backend scales to keep searches fast and data reliable across every market.
